Congratulations to all those involved in the construction of this unique and beautiful bayside home!
"We purchased our very first home through Eastwood and had a great experience. I would definitely recommend Eastwood to any family looking to purchase a new home!"
-Andy Ashworth and Kara Cavell
Eastwood Custom Homes is committed to its clients and the communities it serves. We demonstrate that commitment every day through the homes we build for our clients to live in and grow in. We take great pride in providing homes for people throughout the Grand Traverse Region and beyond.
But it doesn't stop there. Eastwood Custom Homes is an integral part of the community. We have been proud to work with Habitat for Humanity, providing homes for people who otherwise would not be able to afford them. Our work with Habitat has strengthened their belief that building homes is not only our livelihood, but a privilege.
"We are just thrilled with our new home. It looks great and we think it's a great value. Your whole staff treated us like we are your only customer. We are so proud tha we have shown our unit to people looking in our complex."
-Rev. Ronald Gronowski
Eastwood Custom Homes is able to provide all the services needed to build a home, from the land to excavation and construction. That is true whether you are looking to build a home in one of our developments or on your own lot, and whether the home is one of our standard models or a custom home designed to your specifications. Regardless of the type or style, our ability to control the variables from start to finish gives our clients the confidence that they will be able to complete the home on time and on budget.
"Your lump-sum fixed price policy has enabled me to adhere to a budget, which my previous builder did not. Also, everything you have provided has been completed on time with no delays for the price quoted. In fact, unlike my previous experience, Eastwood has actually been ahead of schedule. In short, my experience with Eastwood Custom Homes has been very satisfactory in every way. I would certainly recommend you to anyone who is interested in building a custom home on a fixed budget."
Eastwood Custom Homes' reach extends beyond just building homes and into the community at large. We are pleased to have been able to build the press box for the football field at Elk Rapids High School. We also helped with the construction of the sports complex in Kingsley. Eastwood was also responsible for the construction of numerous commercial projects throughout the region, such as the complex on US-31 in Traverse City currently housing Gander Mountain, West Marine, ABC Warehouse, Qdoba, and the Honor State Bank.
"The store is doing very well and we thank you for all your help in getting the store completed. Duke was extremely attentive in the constructive details and has been quick and responsive anytime we had a problem. Look forward to a long relationship with you at Eastwood."
Eastwood Custom Homes is also aware of the fact that in these economic times many people may need assistance in financing or even in building their credit so they can afford a home. We offer many programs, including Lease To Own and Credit for Life, that enable families to purchase their own stick-built home from Eastwood.
"We doubted that we could afford to build a new home. Scott assured us that he would help secure a loan, and so we began the process. Your crews performed the best quality workmanship in all phases of the operation and displayed a genuine caring as to our desires. We are extremely proud and thank Eastwood Custom Homes tremendously!"
-Pam Heming and Larry Harding
Eastwood's commitment to the communities it serves goes far beyond the scope of the building trades. Employees are encouraged to volunteer at community events and serve on non-profit boards. These range from working with local public broadcasting stations to building, setting up and storing the Santa Claus house for the Traverse City Downtown Merchants Association, donating houses for use in training exercises by the fire department, even supporting the Grand Traverse 4-H Association each summer as a livestock buyer.
Whether it is homes for families, condominium projects, commercial buildings, or work with community organizations such as Habitat for Humanity, Eastwood always takes pride in the quality and craftsmanship we put into our projects.
"I want to express my appreciation to all of your people who have made a special, professional, dedicated effort in following through to insure my complete satisfaction. You have shown real pride in the workmanship of Eastwood Custom Homes and Mr. Clous. I love my Eastwood Home!"
