Bill Clous, President

The President of Eastwood Custom Homes. Under Bill's direction and supervision, since the company's inception 1977, Eastwood has grown to become Northern Michigan's premier builder. Bill's hard work ethic and advanced vision has made Eastwood what it is today. The company's mission is to help people obtain an affordable, quality home in a timely manner. Bill maintains this goal by staying current with business trends and construction technology.
Ron Clous, Vice President

Ron is the corporate Vice President of Eastwood Custom Homes. Ron oversees all construction projects and provides daily management of the sister company Precision Building Systems.He helps maintain the high quality level that Eastwood customers have come to know and expect.
Toni Clous, Administrative Assistant

Toni has had a first-hand experience watching Eastwood Custom Homes grow over the years. Her husband, Bill, and brother-in-law Ron began the business in Bill and Toni's home and have been involved ever since. Today she works with accounts receivable, financial institutions and clients.
Amy Nachazel, Permitting Agent

Amy has been with Eastwood Custom Homes as the Permitting Agent since 1997. Amy is the person who coordinates all of the permits required to begin construction.
Sales
Jason Roggensee, Sales & Marketing Director

Jason started selling custom homes in 1999. He has an extensive marketing background coupled with Internet design, social media, and public relations experience. Jason realizes that strong sales performance is closely tied to exceeding customer expectations and strives to integrate Eastwoods "We Make It Easy" approach into each and every transaction.
Rudy Savage, Licensed Sales Associate

Rudy joined the Eastwood Custom Homes sales team in August 2007. Rudy's extensive experience in the Lumber & Building Materials business plus starting and developing a Home Inspection Company, a small business consulting firm, along with his success in Real Estate Investing gives him valuable first-hand knowledge in assisting home buyers and investors.
Jason Potes, Credit Specialist

Jason joined our team in the summer of 2012 and has brought his years of experience helping folks prepare for homeownership. A graduate of Michigan State University, Jason specializes in credit review, budgeting, property management and our Lease to Own program. He is driven to bring to our clients the very best in purchase preparation assuring they get the most out of their Home purchase experience.
Accounting
Janice Clous, Accountant

Jan has been with Eastwood Custom Homes since 2000. Over the years she has done estimating and accounting.
Gwen Prather, Controller

Gwen joined the Eastwood team in April 2006 as Controller. She brings 20 years of Manufacturing Accounting experience and is a graduate of Davenport University.
Estimating
Larry Clous, Chief Estimator

Larry has been a proud member of the Eastwood team since 1991. His mechanically inclined and problem solving capabilites have provided a sizable foundation from which he draws upon as our Chief Estimator.
Darren Clous, Estimator

Darren has worked for Eastwood Custom Homes since 1996. He has worked on the carpentry crew and has done estimating for the sister comany, Precision Building Systems. He started in the estimating department here at Eastwood Custom Homes in the summer of 2005.
Supervision
Duke Wagatha, Superintendent

Duke has been with Eastwood Custom Homes for seven years as a Superintendent. He specialized in the commercial construction and renovation projects that Eastwood takes on.
Drafting
Nathan Clous, Draftsman

Nathan is the head of the Drafting Department. Before coming to Eastwood Custom Homes in 2003, he was the head of the Drafting Department at Eastwood's sister company Precision Building Systems.
Sean Way, Draftsman

Sean Way has been working with Eastwood Custom Homes since the summer of 2006. Prior to that he worked for seven years at Eastwood's sister company, Precision Building Systems. Sean received training from Northwestern Michigan College and brings great lsonexperience to the Drafting Department.

Rich has been a member of the Eastwood team since 1996. His 20+ years of experience in the building trades has provided him valuable knowledge and insight which he resourcefully utilizes daily as the head of our Purchasing Department.
