Commercial Projects

Eastwood's Commercial Division is responsible for working with developers to create and renovate office buildings, retail or other commercial projects throughout Michigan.  

 

We offer many in-house capabilities through our experienced staff. This includes clearing land, building roads, excavation, building concrete walls and floors, panelizing walls, rough framing with wood and/or steel, and other structural services. In addition, we offer architectural drawing and drafting, pulling of permits, as well as finish work including dry walling and painting. 

 

Eastwood Custom Homes takes pride in not only doing the job on time and on budget, but also without interrupting the flow of business in those situations where the setting is being remodeled and the business remains open. We have successfully worked in a number of settings and welcome the opportunity to show you we can assist you in a commercial setting.
