Eastwood designs and builds award-winning bayside home

I just wanted to drop you a note and tell you how much I appreciate the outstanding work Eastwood Custom Homes has done on my new home. As you know, when I started this process, I asked Eastwood to provide and install the excavation, foundation, wall panels and framing package, as I had contracted with another builder to do the balance of the project. However, the other builder was working on a cost-plus basis, and as the project moved along there were numerous cost overruns.

 

I eventually came to the conclusion that the best way to proceed was to hire Eastwood Custom Homes for the remainder of the construction. I am so please to have made that decision. Your lump-sum fixed price policy has enabled me to adhere to a budget. Also, everything you have provided has been completed on time with no delays for the price quoted. In fact, unlike my previous experience, Eastwood has actually been ahead of schedule.

 

In short, my experience with Eastwood Custom Homes has been very satisfactory in every way. I would certainly recommend you to anyone who is interested in building a custom home on a fixed budget. Your company's lump-sum pricing and ability to do the work on time for the price quoted has enabled us to have a beautiful home without worrying about when it would really be done or going over budget. My family and I are looking forward to moving into our beautiful new home immediately following the Parade of Homes.
